If you’ve watched the trailer for Babygirl, you’re likely already well-acquainted with Harris Dickinson. The 28-year-old English actor stars alongside acting royalty Nicole Kidman in the steamy upcoming A24 flick – but it’s Dickinson who’s really caught our attention. Who is Harris Dickinson?
Dickinson originally hails from East London. He began studying film and theatre at school, but at 17, dropped out to pursue a career in the Marines, before — thankfully — finding his way back to acting and studying at London's RAW Academy.
What else has Harris Dickinson been in?
You might already recognise Dickinson from smaller roles in the likes of Triangle Of Sadness, where he played an insecure male model, and A24’s The Iron Claw, as one of the Von Erich wrestling brothers. He also starred in the 2023 indie film Scrapper, and in the Hulu series A Murder At The End Of The World, alongside Emma Corrin.

While Babygirl will surely solidify Dickinson as a star in his own right, it’s not the only big name film on the actor’s horizon. He’s rumoured to have scored a role in a four-part biopic on The Beatles, alongside fellow internet boyfriends Paul Mescal, Barry Koeghan, and Charlie Rowe. While still unconfirmed, if the rumours are true, the film would see Dickinson as John Lennon, Mescal as Paul McCartney, Keoghan as Ringo Starr, and Rowe as George Harrison. The makings of an actual wattpad fanfic, if you ask us.

Beyond acting, Dickinson has been steadily making a name for himself in the fashion world. His biggest accolade to date? Dickinson is a Prada ambassador, a role that most recently saw him cast in the House's Autumn/Winter '24 campaign, alongside fellow actors Hunter Schafer, Damson Idris, Yili Ma, and Letitia Wright.
