With coronavirus-related international travel restrictions affecting much of the globe, Gucci Garden is an unreachable destination for many people. But this was a place designed and created to be shared with all.
Now, Gucci has made it possible despite restrictions. Head to the Gucci Garden website and step into a world of wonder. You can virtually explore all floors, including the boutique, the bookshop and of course the whimsical art gallery - a place that draws tourists from all around the globe. It's one of the only times we'll be able to explore the space without the regular crowds of admirers.
Gucci Garden is an experience created by Alessandro Michele in 2018. It was designed to be an interactive experience, a traditional museum reimagined in a way that only Gucci can. It's an ode to the fashion house's history, a place to feature curated moments in time from the house. Each of the Gucci Garden Galleria exhibition rooms curated by critic Maria Luisa Frisa.
Wander the gallery at your own speed and see key looks and signature accessories throughout time. All the pieces sit amongst artworks and murals that are significant to the house in their own way. You travels through the gallery are accompanied by the soft chirping of birds and sounds of nature.
Also available to view through the virtual tour is the boutique and restaurant. The store features pieces to shop one-of-a-kind items and the onsite restaurant Gucci Osteria da Massimo Bottura has been created by three-Michelin-star chef Massimo Bottura.
