YSL Beauty has announced Australian singer Troye Sivan has become the newest Brand Ambassador of the French house. Tied to the YSL Beauty Nu Collection – and focussing on the latest Nu Lip & Cheek Balmy – the Bloom singer signals the next chapters of icons, challenging traditional beauty standards.
Embodying the ethos of boldness, community and connection – all of which are tied to the YSL Beauty brand – Sivan said in a statement he is ‘ecstatic’ and ‘proud’ to join the team.
“I’ve been a fan of YSL Beauty for years and I’m ecstatic to join such an iconic brand that emboldens and inspires boundary-breaking edge, community and attitude,” said Sivan “YSL Beauty’s products are designed for those that own, or want to own, their unique individuality and I’m honored to be part of that narrative.”
Alongside the official statement, the singer also took to Instagram to share a more candid and raw exclamation of his excitement, proclaiming his love of the products.
“Your boy is a [YSL Beauty] boy!! I have such a real love for these products – skin that still looks like skin while putting the biggest pep in your step. Proud to join the family.”

YSL Beauty General Manager, Laetitia Raoust, also released a statement, saying the brand is ‘thrilled’ to be working with the pop singer.
“We are thrilled for Troye to join the YSL Beauty family,” said YSL Beauty general manager Laetitia Raoust in a statement. “YSL Beauty has long drawn inspiration from the world of music and artistry, humming to the cultural beat. Sivan’s empowered youth and individuality inspires us on the continuation of that path.”
As Sivan’s appointment comes during Pride Month, the brand hopes it will “encourage its community to manifest and celebrate who they are, louder than ever before — to never stand for being defined, defied or denied.”
Alongside Sivan joining the YSL Beauty ambassador roster is Euphoria star Barbie Ferreira and Pose actor Indya Moore.
