Playing on the eeriness of the transition from morning to night, photographer Victoria Zschommler's new still life exhibition, About A Day (Diurnal Rhythms), juxtaposes the velvet coolness of daybreak to the white heat of midday, and the calming colours of twilight.
In partnership with Melbourne florist, Lottie Philips, and her sparse yet emotive floral arrangements, Zschommler’s series of vivid, visceral works track the journey of organic matter and movements throughout the course of the day.
