Put your records on. Following the success of its original format, Hermès is bringing its famed Silk Mix vinyl store pop-up to Melbourne, from March 30 to April 1. The temporary installation hosted at Fortyfive Downstairs, Flinders Lane, will feature live music every night from REMI, The Delta Riggs and MANE.

Inspired by the atmosphere of a vinyl record store, guests are invited browse, listen, and discover new grooves as you admire the record sleeves and cassette tapes mixed in among a vast collection of hundreds of Hermès silk scarves and ties - some hanging on walls like records and others stacked in crates, LP-style.

Browse from one crate to the next as you allow your mind to wander, selecting a tie or scarf as you would a record … based on your mood, the weather or an impending encounter. A silky weekend awaits.
