The time has come for the BRIT awards to announce their full list of 2021 nominations, and the list is clad with international and local British talent this year spanning categories and genres.

Harry Styles is, of course, up for a nomination for British Single for Watermelon Sugar, alongside pop-star Du Jour Dua Lipa who is up for two nominations. As for those across the pond, International Female Solo Artist will see Billie Eilish, Ariana Grande, Cardi B, Miley Cyrus and Taylor Swift amongst the nominees alongside BTS and HAIM who are nominated for International Group.

The 2021 BRIT Awards will take place on May 11 in London after a date change from its usual date in February due to COVID-19 restrictions and risks. Geoff Taylor, chief executive, BPI & BRIT Awards Ltd said upon the date change, "We want to make sure that The BRITs delivers the outstanding production levels, superstar performances and live excitement that make it the biggest night in music. We believe that the best way to achieve this in 2021 is to move the show back a few months to May, and we are already at work planning a spectacular event that will remind us how important music has been in getting us all through these difficult times."
