A night by the bay. To celebrate the multi-sensory Stella Artois drinking experience, Vue de monde's Shannon Bennett hosted an intimate dinner overlooking Sydney's Gordon's Bay, inspired by the flavours of the famous brew. "Collaborating closely with Vue Group’s Executive Chef, Justin James, we wanted to capture the essence and history of Stella Artois, but reimagine it in a fresh, modern way," says Shannon. "Honouring the locale of our beautiful setting, the menu was designed as an immersion of the senses. We wanted guests to not only see and taste the incredible produce, but to really engage with the dishes tangibly and use their hands."
