Every morning this week at least one of the pop quartet has surfaced in the headlines, be it for their monumental Rolling Stone cover story or Jisoo being tapped as global ambassador to Cartier. And so, the feeding frenzy continues, spurred on by expertly staged shots of Rosé sporting the new Saint Laurent Icare maxi shopping bag.

As many of the Saint Laurent family have done before her, namely Zoë Kravitz and Hailey Bieber, Rosé has stepped out in Los Angeles sporting the quilted lambskin tote to an effect that has us reaching for our wallets (even if there's nothing to find). Do we need a luxury tote bag? Where once I would have easily quipped no, now I'm not so sure. Saint Laurent's Icare iteration and Chanel's 22 bag are certainly making a strong case for them, after all.

The appearance of Rosé comes after the aforementioned interview in Rolling Stone where she was asked the classic, yet forever infuriating, question put to stars at the peak of their fame: what will she do after BLACKPINK? In true Rosé fashion, her response was sweet and considerate of her BLACKPINK band members. "They're a part of me. I don't think it'll ever end,” she said. “It's dumb of me to ever worry about that or think about it. But you know, when something is so good and you love it so much, you always think of that side, because you don't want to lose it.”
