Paris Men's Fashion Week is upon us, and there are some important details to take stock of. As we look forward to the Autumn/Winter 2025 season, there are some notable names included on the schedule—and one major designer who's not.

The fashionable festivities will kick off on January 21, 2025, with 68 brands poised to present their menswear collections. Among them, Jacquemus will return to its home city, marking the brand's first inclusion on the official calendar since June 2020 for menswear. In the season's since, the brand has become known for off-schedule, non-gendered showings.

Also descending on the city of lights is American designer Willy Chavarria, who usually unveils his work during New York Fashion Week. For those eager to catch the designer's Parisienne debut, the show is slated for January 24 at 6pm (that's January 25 at 10am AEDT, for those tuning in from Australia).

Paris Men's Fashion Week mainstays Louis Vuitton, Dior, Rick Owens, Hermès and Kenzo will also present collections during the week, while Paul Smith will return to the schedule for the first time since 2020. Additionally, notable newcomers include SS DAley, which was founded by Steven Stokey-Daley, who won the LVMH Prize in 2022, as well as the Queen Elizabeth II Award for British Design earlier this year. There's also 3.Paradis, which was founded by Emeric  Tchatchoua in 2013, and won the Andam jury’s special prize in 2024.

In addition to these exciting inclusions, there is one major absence to take note of, with Jonathan Anderson's Loewe opting out of the menswear schedule. “Loewe men’s collection will be presented together with the women’s collection in March,” the House said in a statement.

Similarly, new creative director Julain Klausner will present the menswear collection for Dries Van Noten via look book, while Sarah Burton will present her debut collection for Givenchy in March. Wales Bonner, by designer Grace Wales Bonner, has also opted out of the Autumn/Winter 2025 shows.
