Stay…
West Hollywood’s The Jeremy Hotel is about to celebrate it’s one year anniversary and you’ll want to book yourself into the Skyline Suite for the occasion. Enjoy the hazy skyline of sweeping L.A. from the pool deck and the short stroll to some of the area’s best hot spots.
Take…
L.A. is the kind of city where you should pack your whole wardrobe. You’ll need workout gear and your most comfortable sneakers. Silk shirts and gold jewellery for late night dinners. Light weight jackets for when the night cools and a bag you can take anywhere. Anything can happen in L.A. so take the kind of dress you’ll turn heads in and something to smudge around your eye like you know what you’re doing.
Do…
The best cure for jet lag is to get your body moving. The West Hollywood Barry’s Bootcamp is right around the corner from The Jeremy Hotel so fit a class (or two, or three) in wherever you can. The high-intensity mix of cardio and weights will make you leave with aching satisfaction and an endorphin craving for more. Make the effort to travel to the new Venice Beach location – the showers alone are worth it. Towel service, Oribe shampoo, conditioner, face wash, body lotion, hair dryers and curling irons – we came for the workout but we’ll come back for the ease of luxury bathrooms.
Sometimes ticking the tourist boxes are worth it so make the time for the Runyon Canyon. The Hollywood sign, views of downtown L.A. – helicopters flying overhead a la Romeo & Juliet, and whilst you’re there spy your dream home amongst the Hollywood Hills.
Taste…
You couldn’t come to L.A. and not go to Gjelina. There’s something for any of your food moods – you’ll want to come with friends so you can sample it all. Sundowners at Soho House’s Roof Garden – the views along are worth it.

The walk along Melrose Place features all the big hitters. Stop in at Glossier – we’re suckers for the Cloud Paint. The Line for homeware dreams, The Row for the fitout as much as the clothing and Marni for your next cult bag. Fred Segal’s selection of natural beauty is worth browsing and stop by Moon Juice for things you can only get in L.A.
