It's hard not to stare when Olivia Dean takes to the stage. If not for her soulful vocals and contagious dance moves, then for her impeccable wardrobe. The singer's sartorial prowess really took over our brains back in February 2025, when she completed a run of performances at Australia's Laneway Festival. And just when we thought we couldn't love her anymore, Dean also showed an appreciation for Aussie brands while on her tour Down Under — proving that she’s all about celebrating local talent while keeping her wardrobe as fresh and dynamic as her performances.
In Auckland, she was nothing short of angelic in an asymmetric white dress by Bec + Bridge and, between shows in Sydney, she hopped through the festival (and chatted to RUSSH) in none other than Aprés Studios. Other looks, while not Australian, were equally as show-stopping, from a feather-trimmed gown by London Designer David Koma, to a fabulous Diana Ross-esque two piece, complete with drama, flair, and a whole lot of star power.

Of course, prior to Dean's Australia trip, we'd already become well-acquainted with her unique sense of style. Each look she pulls off is a testament to her bold, fearless approach to fashion—one that perfectly complements her musical talent. Performing at Glastonbury last year, for example, Dean opted for a custom Chopova Lowena dress, adorned with studs, buckles, and a silver chain belt. The most thoughtful detail, however, was a photo of her grandmother at the centre of the dress. This tribute, of course, aligns with Dean's recent song, Carmen, named after her grandmother.

Elsewhere, her tour wardrobe has spanned the likes of Miu Miu, Maison Valentino, Etro, and Kenzo — high end brands that prove Dean is a fashionable force to be reckoned with.
