Ingredients

1 cup spinach leaves
2 tablespoon avocado
1 ripe pear
1/2 lemon or lime, juiced
1/2 small cucumber
200ml low fat Greek yoghurt or coconut yoghurt
1 cup coconut water

Method

In a high-speed blender or food processor, add all ingredients. Process until smooth and transfer into a glass or travel cup.
