Martine Rose is, arguably, one of the most promising and exciting designers of the moment. After founding her eponymous label in 2007 in London, the British-Jamaican designer has built a reputation for paving the way towards an exciting fashion evolution, and now, she has collaborated with Tommy Hilfiger's Tommy Jeans for a gender-inclusive capsule for Fall/Winter 2022, one of her most high-profile collaborations to date.
Rose is no stranger to collaborations. In fact, it was her collaboration with Nike where she reimagined the now completely sold out Shox that put her name on the map from a global perspective, and since, the designer has gone on to have her garments featured on some of the biggest modern tastemakers like Rihanna and Frank Ocean among others.

The capsule, made up of 35 pieces, touches on both brands mutual roots in sportswear, fusing wardrobe essentials with Rose's signature take on streetwear while paying homage to Tommy Hilfiger's heritage roots in prep. There are denim quilted jackets and classic varsity styles alongside simple, printed hoodies and towelling robe-coats. A highlight is the denim, which is offered in a cargo pant-style silhouette, and as denim chaps, while another is the ties that play to Tommy Hilfiger's preppy identity, featuring Hawaiian prints and colourful stripes.
Other garments include branded t-shirts, Hawaiian shirts, striped boxers, and polo shirts featuring the same stripe.
