Sailing between myth and reality, Louis Vuitton's Cruise 24 collection is an homage to the hybrid elegance of baroque opulence and the pragmatism of neoprene. Exploring the nuanced and paradoxical balance of contemporary femininity and ultra-romance – from the nautical to the botanical – the Maison delights with silhouettes adorned with silks and sequinned embroidery.
Emulating scales, shells and the movement of water, the collection lives somewhere between the sculptural and the ephemeral, with models Fenne and Ray – styled by Rebecca Purshouse and photographed by Olivia Frølich – donning the collection for the pages of our November Forbidden issue.
