GRACEFUL AND UN-BOTHERED
Over the last eighteen months, your stunning sign has had an evolution; with three sets of eclipses here and in your opposite sign of Aries, the curriculum has been around tethering yourself, consciously, to your own wants, needs and desires. Taking note of how you make moves towards all of them. Any unhealthy coping mechanisms that lurk in the unconscious expression of your sign – like people-pleasing, self-abandoning to maintain ‘harmony’ with another, avoiding confrontation at all costs and having it build up as simmering resentments instead – will have hopefully revealed themselves to you over this time to be seen, acknowledged and evolved.
As the South Node leaves your sign on January 11th, and this cycle of solar evolution and eclipses ends, do take note of your own initiations and evolutions around how you experience being a Libran. How do you now maintain your own inner equilibrium while amongst other people?
Your ruler, Venus, will retrograde through Aries and then into Pisces from March 2nd until April 13th. Her retrogrades happen approximately every 18 months and can be brilliantly strong explorations around things like our evolving personal values, our relationship with our own worth and value, our evolving attractions and relational patterns and aesthetic tastes. If you have really been growing your relationship to yourself and your own fire and personal boundaries, take note of what comes up during this time, especially when Venus retrogrades through Aries (March 2nd until March 28th) and then moves forwards through it again on May 1st until June 6th. Venus in Aries is viscerally connected to her wants, needs and desires, and simply and effectively moves towards them. She’s not weighing up her every move and contemplating how others will perceive her if she does x, y and z. She simply does x, y and z. You’ll really have a sense of your own personal boundaries during this time. Imbibe the medicine of this retrograde and its aftermath. It may feel deeply freeing, especially if you haven’t felt connected to yourself or have been limiting yourself to appease others. Move yourself towards what you want, unapologetically.
The three outer planets, Uranus (Gemini), Neptune (Aries) and Pluto (Aquarius) are all in new signs for a large portion of this year and all of them are making brilliant aspects to your Sun sign, for many years to come. This could be a noticeable shift in your world as energetically, these three planets were in aspects to your sign that were more of a friction point. Now its seamless and flowing in fellow air signs and friendly fire. Inspiration, electric ideas and perspectives are there for the taking, as well as a large boost in taking action and making moves.
This year provides a re-energising of your own instincts and a replenishing of gusto to both know what you want and to set course for it in a direct route. This feels like a creative time for you, particularly with Venus’ retrograde. What beauty will you grace us all with?
