Leslie Jordan, the beloved Emmy-winning actor and recent quarantine queen on social media has passed away at age 67 after a car accident in Hollywood on the morning of October 24.
It has been reported that Jordan may have suffered a medical emergency and crashed his car into the side of a building, law-enforcement sources told TMZ.
"The love and light that Leslie shared will never go out and we invite you to share your memories and comfort each other during this time. In the coming days we will be giving a glimpse of a project Leslie was really proud of and was looking forward to sharing with the world," Jordan's team posted to his Instagram following the news of his death.
Born in Chattanooga, Tennessee, in 1955, Jordan got his start in acting in Los Angeles. His most well known role was his Emmy-winning part in Will and Grace as Beverly Leslie, while his first was a bit part on the television series The Fall Guy, before he starred in Hearts Afire and American Horror Story.
During the first year of the Pandemic, Jordan became a hit on social media as he posted charming quarantine video updates and joyful bits that saw him amass over five million followers due to his hilarious and earnest content.
