In news that is sure to delight Queer Eye fans everywhere, we are finally getting a Jonathan Van Ness grooming range.
Grooming expert-in-chief, JVN is ready to bless us with his very own line of haircare products. Can you believe?
JVN made his announcement on Instagram revealing that he will be working with Amyris to bring the haircare range to life. Amyris is a company committed to developing solutions for a clean and sustainable future; in partnership with the Bill and Melinda Gates foundation, Amyris developed a plant-based, accessible cure for malaria and Amyris is also the parent company of eco-friendly beauty disruptor Biossance.
"I’m so full of gratitude to share with you that after years in the making I’m launching my very own haircare brand!" he wrote on Instagram.
"biossance has earned my trust in skincare over the years and we’re ready to take our relationship to a whole new level. GAME CHANGER ALERT. I’m teaming up with their parent company Amyris to develop their, and my, first ever haircare line!
"This haircare line is my new baby and this team is the only one I trust to develop a line of products that carries my name and ethos. Together, we’re developing a haircare line that will be inclusive for all people, effective for all hair types and sustainable to our gorgeous Earth. We’re ready to revolutionize the haircare industry and can’t wait to share it with you later this year."
We don't have a release date for this new range just yet. But we can expect to the official release and launch at some point in 2021. In the meantime, we'll be glued to JVN's Instagram for more details.

The hair and beauty guru rose to fame on the Funny or Die YouTube series Gay of Thrones, where he rather hilariously recaps episodes of Game of Thrones using his particular brand of fast-talking, whimsical fabulousness. But of course, he more well-known for his spot in the Fab Five on Netflix's reboot of Queer Eye.
Jonathan is a fan (and personal) favourite. His signature positivity, niche joviality and tongue-in-cheek attitude is what made Queer Eye arguably one of the best reality shows of the decade.
