Most of us are staring down the barrel of what feels like the same week and so, the same weekend once again. Caught up in the throes of another lockdown and working from home, the days begin to blur into one, our diets becoming irregular bowls of whatever is in the fridge and new episodes of Nine Perfect Strangers taking priority over our sleep. We all need a reset. To start anew. So to begin, we're encouraging baby steps in the form a green smoothie recipe.
It's green, delicious, nourishing and incredibly easy to throw together. For those of us feeling out of sorts, it's a welcome measure to help ward off any sluggishness you may feel from being indoors and cut off from your normal routines. Created by our friends at The Beauty Chef, the recipe contains a series of detoxifying ingredients; combining healthy fats, gut-nourishing fibre and their bio-fermented super-greens powder to help the body realign. Perfect for morning, evening or whenever you feel like it really. Here's how to make it.
