Scottish model and businesswoman Rebecca Donaldson lives life in the fast lane. If she isn't flitting between modelling jobs for Ferrari and Elie Saab, she's running half marathons for charity in London or she's track-side at the latest Grand Prix.
As if cementing her on-the-go mentality, Donaldson launched her own label, Muse Activewear, four years ago, created with the purpose of crafting innovative garments for ambitious-minded women. And ambitious is certainly a word we would use to describe Donaldson, who we managed to track down while she was in town for the Melbourne F1 Grand Prix last month.
No stranger in front of a camera, we spoke with Donaldson about her travel essentials, the everyday rituals that keep her grounded, and the best advice she's ever received...

As a model who travels a lot for work, what are some of your travel essentials?
Noise-cancelling headphones, a neck pillow and a good lip balm. I use the LANEIGE Lip Sleeping Mask.
You founded your own activewear label – Muse Activewear – back in 2020. What are some of your favourite ways to keep fit?
Reformer pilates and swimming. I swam competitively when I was younger, so I enjoy jumping back in the pool whenever I can.

Do you have any everyday rituals or routines that you like to maintain?
Every day is different for me, so I wouldn't say I have a routine or a ritual apart from ensuring I get some alone time – it really helps me to recharge and reset.
What are you watching / listening to / reading at the moment?
Does Duolingo count? I'm learning Spanish at the moment.

You have a week off – where in the world are you heading?
I always go back to Scotland to spend time with my friends and family.
What are you looking forward to doing more of this year?
Taking steps in furthering my career and focusing on my health.

What's a piece of advice that's stuck with you?
Visualise the person you aspire to become, then make decisions based on that ideal version of yourself.
