fred again

This is a callout to all major Fred Again.. fans – a new album is finally on its way. Yes, you read that correctly. News dropped this morning that we will soon be getting new Fred Again.. music, with the artist announcing his upcoming album ten days after much anticipation from fans across the globe.

Dropping the news of an album with no prior warning is very on brand for Fred Again.. Let's face it, as far as spontaneity goes, he certainly likes to leave people hanging. We only need to cast our minds back to earlier this year when the UK-based star made his way Down Under for an Australian Tour that continued to grow day-by-day. It left his fans (which included several members of the RUSSH team) in a tizzy – stalking Discord threads and putting our best investigative journalist hats on to hunt down the date and location of his next event.

While Fred Again.. has dropped snippets and edits of new tracks on his exclusive WhatsApp chat since his world tour, we have all be waiting with bated breathe for an official release. Here's everything we know so far about ten days, the new Fred Again.. album.

What will the album be about?

In an official press release, Fred Again.. described the album as follows:

"My new record is called ten days. It’s ten songs about ten days. There’s been a lot of biggg mad crazy moments in the last year but basically all of these are about really very small quiet intimate moments.”

When will the album be released?

The official release date for the album will be on September 6, with vinyl to follow on October 25.

Who will feature on ten days?
