Free swimwear? Yes please. Free swimwear which also supports indigenous Australian women? It sounds too good to be true.
FELLA are a brand who know how to make great swimwear. Clean, crisp lines, with a focus on fit and high quality fabrics. The kind that you hope will never wear out because classic, flattering cuts don't go out of style.
This year FELLA's summer collection marks a return to their Australian roots. A love affair with our own outback in the form of a collaboration with indigenous Australian artist Betty Carrington. By reimagining her works into textiles suitable for swimwear, they've created a contemporary articulation of the world’s oldest living culture. One that can be worn and enjoyed. An ochre-hued mood that takes its lead from the peace, warmth and majesty of Australia.
What's even better? 10% of sales from Betty Carrington’s prints, Nyidbarriya and Ngarrgooroon Country, will be donated to the Marninwarntikura Women’s Resource Centre (MWRC). Designed to strengthen the foundations of the Indigenous Australian women of the Fitzroy Valley in Western Australia, as well as their families and the wider community, the MWRC is a centre of inspiration. Their aim? To provide a network for positive change, leadership, empowerment and resilience.
