As the worlds of K-pop idols and luxury fashion brands become more and more porous, it seems only fitting that French fashion House Louis Vuitton have tapped the shoulder of Felix, a member of South Korean boy band Stray Kids, to become their latest House Ambassador.
The announcement serves to strengthen the already close, existing relationship between the singer and the Maison, who is already a front-row fixture at their runway presentations. Felix most recently attended the Louis Vuitton Prefall 23 women's show in his home city of Seoul, a monumental fashion spectacle presented on the Jamsugyo Bridge that spans the Hangang River. He was also in attendance at the House's Cruise 24 show this year, which was presented on the Italian island of Isola Bella, at Lake Maggiore, back in May.

“I discovered Felix when I presented my pre-fall collection in Seoul,” Louis Vuitton's creative director, Nicolas Ghesquière, said of the partnership. “It instantly clicked between us. He is really talented. I love his energy, his unique personality and his audacious sense of style.”
Born in Australia, the South Korean singer is one of eight members of the K-pop, hip-hop and electronic group Stray Kids, a band that came through the ranks of JYP Entertainment (who also fostered K-pop heavy hitters like TWICE and girl-group ITZY).

A quick scroll through Felix's Instagram account confirms his long-standing adoration for the brand, his personal style already seeming to have the Maison on high rotation; LV monogram pants, Bubble Damier trucker jackets and quilted leather GO-14 bags adopted into the singer's street style, and on-stage looks at Lollapalooza in Paris or at the band's Fukuoka concert in Japan.
His appointment to the echelons of LV ambassadorship will see him join BTS's J-Hope, the recently-appointment Zendaya, model and Squid Games star Hoyeon Jung.
