Alexander McQueen has launched a new creative initiative, this time asking a group of selected photographers to lens the House's signature shoe, the Tread Slick boot, in a natural habitat. Asking the photographers to capture the shoe in an environment that personally resonates with the photographer, Alexander McQueen creates new symbols of hope for the future.
The photographers include Katie Burnett, Max Farago, Gwen Trannoy, Charlie Gates, Malick Bodian and William Waterworth - with the full series available to explore on alexandermcqueen.com.
Calvin Klein Launches Reconsidered Denim

Dior's Maria Grazia Chiuri Presents The Alber Elbaz Tribute Show
On October 5th, Dior's womenswear Creative Director Maria Grazia Chiuri presented a very special event titled Love Brings Love, followed by a showing of a brand new collection by Alber Elbaz's AZ Factory. The event was held ceremoniously in tribute to the late beloved fashion designer Alber Elbaz, who passed this year, including looks by over forty different designers, celebrating the designer's love for colour, sweeping silhouettes and his bold design signatures. The show Love Brings Love closed Paris Fashion Week, and of course, spotlighted by the gown designed by Dior and Maria Grazia Chiuri.
Australian Fashion Laureate 2021 Announces Finalists
The prestigious Australian Fashion Laureate awards have always been pioneers in fostering new emerging talent and recognising designers and creatives that help shape our local industry. And earlier this week, the Australian Fashion Laureate awards announced its finalists across all its categories including Designer of the Year, Emerging Designer of the Year, Sustainable Innovation and the People’s Choice award.
