Chanel unveils its Pre-Fall 2022 campaign
Virginie Viard tapped Monaco royal Charlotte Casiraghi for the Chanel Pre-Fall 2022 campaign. Lensed by SMITH, the photographer collaborated with the French Fashion House on a series of images and videos to showcase its Fall-Winter 2022/23 pre-collection. A mix of casual silhouettes and sharp tailoring pervade the collection, one that's at home during daylight and after sundown. In a statement, Casiraghi said of the collection, “Virginie has known me since I was a child. It’s a natural complicity that doesn’t need explanation. When I discovered the collection, I found the things I like to wear every day and what I really feel comfortable in. There are a lot of jeans, shirts, fabrics with a certain depth like velvet… It’s important to be able to choose, to express something different depending on the moment.”
Anthony Vaccarello taps Sébastien Zanella for new Saint Laurent exhibition
The intimate photography of Sébastien Zanella is being showcased at Saint Laurent boutiques in Paris and Los Angeles. Curated by Anthony Vaccarello, the creative director commissioned Zanella to produce new and exclusive works, captured on 35mm film. Zanella combines masculine and feminine energies for the final result, a series of ambient and intimate portraits of street life and culture - his signature subject matter.

Miu Miu celebrates stillness for its Fall Winter 2022 campaign Character Study. Captured by Tyrone Lebon, Emma Corrin, Sydney Sweeney, Emily Ratajkowski and Demi Singleton stare down the lens, in a gentle behind-the-scenes-style film. Satin ballet flats and leg warmers contrast nicely to pooling motorcycle boots, cropped leather jackets and aviator-adjacent outerwear, the handy work of Lotta Volkova apparent. It's a dance of masculine and feminine, all with the perfect cast.
Coach presents its Winter 2022 collection
American heritage is getting a youthful spin in the Winter 2022 collection from Coach. Varsity jackets are reimagined for mall goths. Chunky knits and baby doll dresses are oozing with teenage spirit and awash with Scooby Doo prints. There's brightly coloured gumboots and leather caps, thick dog collar chokers are at tension with demure white stockings. It's Americana as worn by a Scorpio - at least that's how I see it.
