It's officially November and, as we close in on the end of the year festivities, the fashion news has been ramping up – from Christopher Esber's supermodel-starring Resort 24 campaign collection, to Dior's new quiet luxury campaign fronted by Robert Pattinson. Luxury watchmakers Jaeger-LeCoultre have released limited-edition timepieces featuring the works of a prolific 19th-Century Japanese painter and printmaker, and the Museum of Contemporary Art in Sydney held its inaugural ball.

Robert Pattinson fronts new Dior capsule campaign
Kim Jones' latest Dior Icons Capsule collection is infused with radical yet discreet luxury – timeless pieces in understated tones, suitable for every occasion. The Maison's collection is showcased in a new campaign fronted by Dior ambassador Robert Pattinson (who has been the face of the Dior Homme fragrance since 2013); bathed in sunlight and bringing to the fore key House codes like their signature grey and oblique motif.
The line will be launching on 1 December in Dior boutiques.
Artists and art lovers to gathered for the first-ever MCA Artists Ball
Last night, Sydney artists and art lovers gathered at the Museum of Contemporary Art Australia (MCA Australia) for the inaugural MCA Artists Ball. The first-ever event honoured legendary contemporary Australian artist Tracey Moffatt, and raised funds for the museum’s pioneering artistic and access programs.
With a 'Creative Couture' dress code, guests and artists in attendance included icons like Lindy Lee, Danie Mellor, Reko Rennie, Julia Gutman, Ramesh Nithiyendran and Julie Rrap. Performances were held by The Huxleys and Electric Fields – and a menu was served of art-inspired culinary ‘Masterpieces’.
Estonian supermodel Carmen Kass stars in Christopher Esber's new campaign
Fresh off the back of his 'Designer Of The Year 2023' award at the Australian Fashion Laureate and his Paris Fashion Week debut, Australian designer Christopher Esber has released the campaign imagery for his Resort 24 collection, featuring Estonian supermodel Carmen Kass – one of Esber's childhood muses. Kass's campaign is the latest in a string of campaigns from the brand that have featured Esber's muses and inspirations, including Erin Wasson, Gemma Ward and Elise Crombez.

Tory Burch shares latest campaign for the Holiday 23 collection
Tory Burch’s Holiday 23 collection is centred around the art of balancing structure, movement, and play. Shot in Pierre Cardin's architecturally renowned 'Palais Bulles' in Théoule-sur-Mer, France, the campaign overall, seeks to encourage women to add an edge to their wardrobe, blending unusual elements and pairings with items such as the 90s studded belt, slung low on the waist and clean–line sheer pieces. Tory Burch encourages wearers to be led astray and play with their timeless wardrobe.

Jaeger-LeCoultre presents two new Reverso Tribute timepieces
The Maison of Jaeger-LeCoultre has launched two new timepieces, each decorated with miniature enamel reproductions of works by celebrated 19th-century Japanese painter and printmaker Katsushika Hokusai; perhaps best known for his woodblock print series Thirty-Six Views of Mount Fuji, which includes the iconic print The Great Wave off Kanagawa.
La Grande Maison's two new Reverso Tribute timepieces are meticulously executed using the Geneva technique, involving at least 14 layers of enamel, each fired at 800°C before the next can be applied.

Aje celebrates its 15th anniversary with a sunset soirée on Sydney Harbour
Hosted at a private residence in Darling Point, guests spent golden hour filled with cocktails and tastes from the ocean. Dressed in pieces from Aje’s Resort 24 ‘Elements’ Collection, guests enjoyed an afternoon with a vinyl DJ set by Ayebatonye who set the mood and a captivating performance by musical artist Milan Ring.
