With the start of a new month this week has come plenty of exciting announcements in the realm of fashion – from new releases to collaborations and limited-edition launches. AFW debutant Liandra has announced its collaborative eyewear line with Pared this week, while MECCA have backed up their stack of new brand launches in stores with Troye Sivan's TSU LANGE YOR. Australian womenswear designer VIKTORIA & WOODS has dropped its Spring 2024 collection online and in stores, Maison Balzac celebrated its collaborative efforts with Breville in Sydney, and Golden Goose has released its latest Marathon sneaker inspired by the athletic prowess of the Paris 2024 Olympics.

Liandra x Pared Eyewear announce collaboration

Pared founder Sam Stevenson-Baker has collaborated with designer Liandra Gaykamangu to unveil an exclusive eyewear collection, brimming with vibrant hues and gradient lenses. Handcrafted with sustainable materials and adorned with Liandra's hand-drawn native honey bee, this collection, debuting in October, perfectly complements her inaugural resort wear line.

MECCA launch first Australian fragrance brand, Troye Sivan’s TSU LANGE YOR

This week, TSU LANGE YOR, the lifestyle brand founded by Troye Sivan and his brother Steele, launched in MECCA stores around Australia and New Zealand. Embracing its Australian roots with unique fragrances and home objects that foster creativity and self-expression, the brand is named after the Yiddish phrases for "to long years" and "to good years," reflecting a dedication to self-care and sanctuary.

Breville and Maison Balzac celebrate Australian design in Sydney

Maison Balzac and Breville celebrated Australian design in style this week at an evening soiree at Bar Copains in Sydney's Surry Hills. Guests like Cameron Stephans, Anna Feller, Gabriella Pereira and Tabatha Turner were treated to a conceptual jelly installation (courtesy of Sian Redgrave) and a live affogato bar.

Golden Goose releases new Marathon sneaker inspired by the Olympics

Inspired by the Paris Olympics, Golden Goose has introduced a limited-edition gold version of their Marathon sneaker, blending vintage 70s track and field vibes with modern technology through a 3D-printed spoiler. Alongside the sneaker, they've launched the 'Game Breakers' podcast series and a sport-inspired Co-Creation experience for personalising sneakers with patches, pins, drawings, and quotes.
