If that weekly forty dollar gym membership isn't enough of an incentive to spring out of bed each morning, then raise the stakes we say! Dump your pay check on a Dior treadmill instead. In the latest spate of extravagant fashion news, Dior is partnering up with sports equipment specialist, Technogym, for an over-the-top limited release of workout equipment.
Did we ever think there'd be a point where we could comfortably stomp across Dior? Probably not. But nevertheless here we are. Following in the footsteps of Louis Vuitton, the french fashion house has released the collection under its 'Dior Vibe' line. For those among us who are longing to pump out a few bicep curls with a set of Dior dumbbells, you're in luck. Not only does the collection boast a complete set of dumbbells, but it offers a versatile weight bench, resistance bands, multifunctional gym balls and the aforementioned state-of-the-art treadmill. Each piece of equipment is made to work in tandem with Technogym's App, which offers over 200 different exercises and can be connected to your Dior treadmill.
In terms of design, the collection is monochrome with four horizontal stripes and blue 'Christian Dior' branding. Pops of lemon yellow - the signature colour of Technogym - are peppered throughout for what will make a chic home gym. Designed to compliment Dior's 2022 Cruise show - that featured chrome sneakers and breastplates like the one Cara Delevingne wore at the 2021 Met Gala - Maria Grazia Chiuri has rounded off her first foray into the realm of activewear and wellness with an undeniable statement. That is, that you can seek out wellness, but you better be able to afford it.
The complete Dior x Technogym collection is set to launch in January 2022 on Dior's website. So hang tight and in the meantime, why not try out these free online workouts?
