It's no secret that K-Pop stars are taking over the world – and in the best way possible. Stretching beyond the scope of their musical talents and expanding to dominate fields like fashion, film and art; their impact is growing every day. Luckily, for us, there's an impressive suite of home-grown Australian stars who are taking the genre by storm, one of which, is NewJeans darling, Danielle, who just last week was announced as the new global ambassador of Celine.
It's fair to say that when the news dropped late on Friday afternoon, fans of the pop star (the RUSSH team included), were understandably overjoyed. Danielle joins her fellow group members – many of whom already have established relationships and ambassadorships with luxury Houses – as the latest star on the roster, Celine sharing on X,“Celine is pleased to announce that Danielle from NewJeans will represent the house as global ambassador."

The announcement was shared alongside a brand-new image of the NewJeans star, where Danielle can be seen sporting a pair of signature Celine denim, a black and white jumper and classic black blazer. Could we think of a more perfect match for the French fashion House? Danielle also isn't the first K-pop star to engage in an official ambassadorship with the brand. As we know, Lisa from fellow It girl band, BLACKPINK, has also worked with Celine for some time, so we have no doubt that Danielle's reign will be just as impressive.
As far as Danielle's personal style goes, the star tends to lean towards edgier but timeless silhouettes – think a classic black mini dress with a twist, or a a leather jacket with hardware detailing. Now that she'll be donning Celine on a full-time basis, we can't wait to see all the incredible looks this Australian, international superstar is going to rock!
