She was the character we all loved to hate. Played by Lauren Lane, C.C. Babcock (Chastity Claire) was the egocentric business partner of Maxwell Sheffield, with whom she was desperately in love with. Mostly known for her contentious and hilarious relationship with Niles the butler (played by Daniel Davis), it was C.C's incredibly underrated style that was one of the major unsung hero's of The Nanny.
Fran Fine was always the flashy (girl from flushing), sparkly and animal print wearing delight that always had fun with her style, and I loved and still love her for it. Her presence was forever attention-grabbing and bright. However C.C had an equally strong sense of style herself, just with a completely different edge. She was sophisticated, classic and owned the best pantsuits in the business. Here, we've rounded up the best of C.C. Babcock's power dressing outfits to inspire.

A pinstripe suit jacket layered over a contrasting white waistcoat. I would dream to wear this outfit today, not to mention the subtle plum lip, chunky gold bracelet and earrings. A vintage dream.

Pearls, pearls, pearls. That red lip too and drink of choice.

Silk-satin shirts, elegant skirts and more pearls. That great bob too.

The queen of beret's and then boldly matching with her 3-piece suit. Fran Fine wasn't the only lady in red.

Dreamy yellow. This woman wore pantsuits better than anyone. Forever my summer workwear inspiration.
