Cartier’s most recent global launch arrives just in time for for the holiday season. The luxury Maison releases a New Objects and Accessories Collection. Happy Christmas shopping.
This month of December (yes, it is now December, thanks 2020) sees Cartier reintroduce and reinvigorate items through the collection of Objects and Accessories. The new collection is comprised of a selection of games, baby gifts, travel accessories, stationary, notebooks and ornamental décor for the home, each showcasing iconic Cartier codes such as the Panthère, Red Box, Ribbon and the iconic Bell Boy.
My favourite pieces include the selection of Panthère de Cartier trinket trays for your most worn and loved jewellery, the Panthère de Cartier vase for those delicate and extra special florals, along with the ornamental tree bauble, the perfect gift for my mum this Christmas.
The Objects have been an integral part of the luxury Maison’s history since the post-war bloom of the 1920’s, a time when Louis Cartier himself created fragrance bottles, powder compacts, inkwells and stationary for aristocratic families throughout Europe.
The new launch comes at the perfect time, coinciding with the arrival of Cartier’s first ephemeral boutique, The Cartier Box. Located inside Sydney’s Westfield shopping center, the bespoke experience is officially open and ready to welcome the onslaught of Christmas shopping cheer. Inside you will find Cartier fragrance, leather goods, watches, jewellery, eyewear and pieces from the New Objects and Accessories Collection. There is even bespoke gift wrapping for guests to complete those extra special holiday gifts.
Presented in Cartier’s iconic red boxes, the objects and accessories are to be received with joy as a gift, or when treating oneself (very well deserved after this year).
Cartier’s New Objects and Accessories Collection can be purchased online via the Cartier website, in Cartier boutiques or within Cartier’s first ephemeral boutique in Sydney’s Westfield.
