We're inching our way out of uncertainty and into a month of new art and more in-person shows — we hope! While January was a slow burn with many still in holiday mode, art in February 2022 is business as usual. So what's shows and exhibitions are on the art roster this month? There's Paul Yore at Station Gallery, Abdul Abdullah and Omar Sakr are just some of the artists on show at Granville Centre Art Gallery for Destiny Disrupted, Blacktown Arts are platforming the voices of 21 Afghan women with My Life, My Story, and the winner of the SCA Fauvette Loureiro Memorial Scholarship 2021 is set to be announced.
Below, we've rounded up a non-exhaustive list of unmissable art exhibitions happening across Australia this February 2022. Enjoy!
