Endless summer. From the sun drenched shores of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, France, to the bronzed limbs that emerge during summer on Sydney's iconic Bondi Beach, photographer Akila Berjaoui has captured it all. Her gaze is fixed firmly on the analogue, and there is a pervading sense of nostalgia within each of her frames - colour and texture collide for a sense of heightened romance for the travel days of yore. Her first published photography book, The Last Days of Summer, chronicles Berjouai's travels over the summer of 2016, and will launch at Sydney's Ariel Booksellers this Thursday, July 6.
