Ovolo Hotels has long been inspired by the art world, featuring prominent Australian and international makers within their walls and challenging preconceived notions of what a hotel should mean or offer its guests.

This weekend, Ovolo's 1888 Darling Harbour outpost has collaborated with Melbourne contemporary art gallery MARS, and Sydney-based curatorial consultancy Soda Arts, for a pop up exhibition throughout its suites, including the penthouse. The exhibition will feature artwork and installations from 21 contemporary Australian artists (including Sophia Hewson, Stephen Haley’s, Penelope Davis and Tony Lloyd) for guests and general public to view free of charge until June 15.
