With over 30 winemakers, brewers and importers, Wet Dreams Wine and Food Festival - an afternoon-long event hosted by Joel Amos (DRNKS), James Hird, Maurice Terzini and Monty Koludrovic (The Dolphin Hotel, Da Orazio Pizza + Porchetta) - is, essentially, what dreams are made of. Pouring their wares (many for the first time), the event features importers from France, Spain, the USA and Italy, giving the public the chance to try wines, rare beers and spirits from Australia and the world over.

Don't panic - food is not forgotten here - with a Dolphin-style pizza party commencing at 4pm and continuing late into the evening, with the house jazz band and DJs such as András and Noise in My Head setting the mood. Wet Dreams launches at The Dolphin Hotel on Sunday, June 10, with wine tastings kicking off at 1pm.
