Records and Rebels at the V&A, London

We all want to change the world. A period of counterculture, idealism and sweet music – the late 1960s saw a generation shake off the confines of their parents and the past for a fundamental shift in the way things were.

From September, London’s Victoria & Albert Museum will explore the youth culture, freedom and rebellion of the post-war period through photography, fashion and installations – focussing on events that defined the era, like the Paris protests of May 1968 and, of course, Woodstock in 1969.

Records and Rebels 1966-1970 runs from September 10, 2016.
