You are a leader. You know this. You don’t need a blueprint for life. You don’t need a script.

You don’t need a history book. Everything that you do and accomplish is done with intuition. That is why it is revolutionary. That is why it’s never been done before.

You have been put here to start something new. Whether it be a small business or a Fortune 500 company. You will always need space to grow into the giant you are meant to be. Do not apologise for this. Just make sure you surround yourself with supportive and independent partners. You will need them in the year to come.

2018 wants you to work harder. Sacrifice more. Show your commitment. You may not think this is possible given all of the effort you put in last year. But Saturn, the great teacher, is going to force you to tap into a reserve that you never knew you had. Think of this as boot camp for the life you are gearing up to have. A life that is bigger, louder and busier than you have ever experienced. Aries want everything to have happened yesterday. Remember that you need to learn how to walk first. Then jog. And by the end of this year it will feel so good to run.

Relationships, however, will have to take a back seat. You will not have the time or the energy that you would like to devote to your loved ones. Be honest and clear with them about your goals and visions for this year. But also, be organised and diligent about finding time to connect with them. Even five minutes to connect with someone goes a long way. Remind them how much you appreciate their support. Let them know this is a source of fuel for you when the going gets tough.

This period of work will give you perspective on what needs to be improved. What parts of your current game plan need tweaking. What partnerships no longer fit. What ideals you have grown out of. This year may feel like you’re going back to the drawing board. But fear not. Jupiter, the god of plenty, just wants to make sure you haven’t stopped dreaming bigger.
