The Australian Open is set to elevate the game in 2025 with the return of its AO LIVE music festival, a world-first entertainment event at a Grand Slam. For three unforgettable days, from January 23 to 25, AO LIVE will take over Melbourne’s John Cain Arena, featuring a lineup of globally acclaimed artists curated by Untitled Group, Australia’s top independent music promoter.
Who is playing?
Pop sensation Benson Boone will headline on Thursday 23 January. The American singer-songwriter, known for his meteoric rise and over 1.9 billion global streams, is fresh off a Best Alternative Video win at the MTV VMAs. Fans can expect an electrifying performance from the young star.
The following night, Friday, January 24, brings the sonic mastery of Grammy Award-winning DJ and producer Kaytranada. The Canadian artist, celebrated for his blend of house, hip-hop, and electronic music, has played at Coachella and opened for The Weeknd’s world tour. His beats are set to ignite a festival-style atmosphere in Melbourne.
ao Capping off AO LIVE on Saturday, January 25, is a star-studded finale that coincides with the Women’s Finals. The day-long event will feature pop icon Kesha and legendary DJ Armand Van Helden. Kesha, returning to Australia after seven years, will deliver her signature hits like Tik Tok and Timber, while Van Helden will bring the house down with his classics like My My My.
