The De-Stress Ritual. Norito from Osprey Spa at Elements of Byron gave me a grounding foot bath, a full body exfoliation, a hydration massage and finished with a facial. Well and truly lived up to its ritual name.

After receiving nutritional wisdom from The Beauty Chef Carla Oates, I was delighted to have been given four vouchers to use with The Beauty Chef Elixirs- yet to decide which ones to get though. My favourite meal at Elements was the Native Blackended Scallops in half shell via their Azure Bar and Grill, being right next to the pool, it was the first spot to go for a bite after a swim.

Elements of Byron's rebalance retreat is the perfect getaway for some much needed tranquility and relaxation. The 5 day rebalance package includes a 1 bedroom stay in the botanical villa, nourishing the soul and your body by starting the retreat by the pool spa, to later dining at the Azure Bar and Grill.
