'RUSSH' fashion favourites March 2024: our fashion highlights

What's in our shopping carts this month? We've officially hit shoulder season, even if the sunshine outside tells a different story. Autumn means more time in the office, cooler mornings, and sadly, the end of daylight savings (though, that's still a month away). You can bet we will be dressing accordingly.

This means slowly beginning to rotate our skimpy summer outfits out in place of light cardigans, jeans and easy layers. In Australia it never gets too cold, especially in March, but if you're ready for a gear shift then this is what we have in mind.

Enter the season with luck on your side and peruse the latest collaboration from GANNI and Mejuri. We love the mixed metals and clover motif. We're thinking about stripes and foresee them becoming more on trend as we head into winter. Incorporate them with simple accents like a skinny scarf or beanie or hat – we're especially fond of the Lax Pant by US-based brand Relax Lacrosse who just so happens to make the comfiest loungewear (that you can wear to the office, too).

Loafers are the backbone of every wardrobe and can be incorporated year-round, however if you don't have a pair already, now might be the time to invest. This style from Charles & Keith straddles the desire for form but also function – and at an affordable price point too. Personally, I'm obsessed with a double zip cardigan, and will be snapping one up this month; South Korean label Amomento offer a great option. There is plenty we'd like from Sandy Liang (what's new) and this Regalo bag has the power to transform any outfit, be it criminally casual or an evening affair. And finally, we wouldn't leave you without a stylish dress to elevate the mood. The drop waist and buckle detail on this style from Maison Essentiele has our hearts.
