But boy does it feel good to finally ditch those overseas parcel lockers, and to stop harassing our jet-setting friends to bring us back one of those signature pink bubble wrap bags.
Glossier has been a sought-after skincare and makeup brand globally ever since its launch back in 2014. The pioneering brand, founded by Emily Weiss, upended the beauty world at a time when it was fixated on contour-heavy full glam. It promised a "skin first", back-to-basics approach led by a digitally savvy team that quickly built a strong community of dedicated customers. Sure, their barely-there look was not perfect, not by any means, but Glossier really felt like one of those IYKYK type brands and a revolutionary concept at the time.
