As the winds start to pick up and the air starts to cool down, we feel a change in the air and start to begin our own internal transitions. With winter finally settling in, we start to pack away the memories of summer and roll out our layers, coats and favourite sweaters. Just in time for the months reserved for introspection and hibernation, we share with you our favourite boots to warm the cooler months we have ahead.

At the moment, we are fixated upon knee-high riding boots. Sleek, chic, and timeless, the right riding boot will last you a lifetime. Boots of the knee-high variety have replaced the ankle boot from a sartorial POV this season, but some still linger in the mind, like the below from Gucci and Acne, because you can never go wrong with a classic shape. A really special evening boot comes by way of Bottega Veneta, knee-high and intrecciato woven, and we can count on Hedi Slimane to produce a perfect  boot for Celine.
